General Rules & Spirit of Competition
- Final Arbiter: The Facilitator is the final arbiter of all scores and decisions. Their word is final.
- Score Challenges: Participants may politely challenge a score, but acceptance of the appeal is strictly at the facilitator's discretion.
- Continuous Tracking: Points are recorded continuously and tracked on the daily leaderboard.

The Dangote Leadership & Growth Acceleration Program will include two group coaching sessions, with dates to be confirmed after consultation with HR and the participants. These coaching sessions aim to provide participants with a practical understanding of the training, offering opportunities to share their experiences and insights gained from implementing what they have learned.
