A simple guide to know when you MUST provide AP1 Feedback to generate a PDF/Word report.
Remember: Saving/Loading progress as JSON is ALWAYS possible, regardless of feedback status.
Action: MUST FILL AP1 Feedback.
You must complete AP1 Feedback for Week 1 to unlock the PDF/Word export feature for this week's report.
Note: Week 2-4 AP1 can be blank.
Action: Optional AP1 Feedback.
The Week 2 AP1 Feedback is optional. You can export the report without filling it.
Tip: If you skipped Week 1 AP1, you can still export Week 2 because its requirement is independent of the previous week's optional status.
Action: MUST FILL AP1 Feedback.
To export your Week 3 report, you must complete AP1 Feedback for Week 3.
Important: This rule applies even if Week 1 & 2 AP1 was already filled in a loaded file.
Action: Optional AP1 Feedback.
The Week 4 AP1 Feedback is optional. You can export a single or cumulative report without filling it.
Report content: The export will only show the weeks for which you have filled content.
